Mind's Eye Meditation

Since 2003, meditating has been a very special part of my life.

It has kept me going through all of life's hurdles.

I have been asked by many throughout the years about it and everyone seems to have an interest but think they "can't".

I invite those that feel they can't. I want to share with you that place I have found to help me cope.

Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace. Anyone can practice meditation. It's simple and inexpensive, and it doesn't require any special equipment and you can practice meditation wherever you are — whether you're out for a walk, riding the bus, waiting at the doctor's office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting."

According to the Mayo Clinic (a nonprofit organization committed to clinical practice, education and research, providing expert, whole-person care to everyone who needs healing)

It seems to be a popular theme amongst those that want to meditate but say they cannot "quiet the mind" In this video I will help shift your goal when meditating.

Meditation can actually change the size of key regions of our brain, improving our memory and making us more empathetic, compassionate, and resilient under stress

Want to meditate but think you can't?

I created Mind's Eye Meditation September of 2019 during one of the hardest times in my life.  I became a caretaker for a close friend battling with cancer.  Watching someone close to you slowly deteriorate month by month, week by week, day by day knowing that he is destined to pass is heart breaking.  During the many months that I spent with him, we practiced Guided Meditations daily and energy healing work to ease the pain and transition.  Right before he passed, he made me promise him that I would share my methods and meditations with as many people as possible.  My passion for living life to the fullest and my promise to my friend has created a soul shift in wanting to dedicate my life to helping pets and people find peace.

Because of a great man and a great need I had been witnessing, I started sharing my journey and the tools I use to quiet that chattering Mind Monkey we all have.  The keys needed to open the door of my mind and finally quiet that monkey mind are Focused Attention, Relaxed Breathing, a Quiet Setting, a Comfortable Position and most importantly an Open Mind!

When I first started, I began by repeating a Mantra using mala beads, similar to the Rosary, and I was able to keep the outside thoughts away and most importantly I figured out that if they did break my concentration IT WAS OK! I focused on the thought, realized there is nothing I could do at that moment to answer these thoughts and they slowly began to disappear.

Here I am sharing my experience and knowledge almost twenty years later and bringing peace to so many willing to understand the power of their mind and how they are in control of their thoughts.

Consider this a Meditation 101. I offer at our Mind's Eye Meditation, a chance to quiet the mind.

I do two meditations. One is a short breathing preparation meditation and the next one is a longer "Journey themed meditation."

I am very proud to say I have welcomed many that have felt they could never quiet their mind and left feeling more relaxed, more confident, and realizing that they can be in control of their thoughts.
